KID NORTH
Kid North is an indie-rock band from Paris, France.
Started as Mathieu Artu‘s solo project (RQTN), Kid North quickly became a real band with the arrival of Axel Dallou (Radius System) on bass, Gregory Hoepffner (Radius System, Dawnshape) on drums, and Gary Royant (Admiral’s Arms) on guitar.
Kid North released their first EP in early 2011, written and performed by Mathieu Artu. Press described Kid North as a solid contender for the likes of Phoenix (Magic RPM), Foals (Rock One) and Friendly Fires (Beardrock).
Kid North are currently working hard on their first LP. And to enlarge the sound spectrum of the band, Antoine Ollivier (Dawnshape) joined Kid North in October 2011 in order to fill their keyboard needs.
